Zero Tolerance Policy

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk calling

  • Fraudulent traffic or scam-related activity

  • Illegal robocalling

  • Caller ID spoofing intended to mislead or deceive

  • Any traffic that violates FCC regulations or applicable laws

Any customer found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

Customer Verification & Monitoring

To maintain network integrity, all clients are subject to business verification procedures prior to activation. UniVoice Networks reserves the right to request supporting documentation and conduct due diligence reviews.

We continuously monitor network activity to detect irregular, abusive, or non-compliant traffic patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, we may take corrective action, including traffic blocking, suspension, or reporting to appropriate authorities where necessary.
