This acceptable use policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by UniVoice Networks LLC. By using our services, customers agree to follow it and to make sure their own customers and end users follow it.

- Calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or a company-specific DNC list without a valid exemption.
- Caller ID spoofing: presenting a number the caller is not authorised to use, or invalid, unallocated or unassigned numbers.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation of government agencies or businesses, and calls that facilitate any illegal activity.
- Traffic pumping, artificially inflated traffic, Wangiri and other schemes designed to generate fraudulent revenue.
- Traffic that we cannot identify the origin of, or that customers refuse to trace back.
Prohibited messaging traffic
- Messages sent without the recipient’s consent, or after the recipient has opted out.
- Phishing, smishing, malware links and impersonation.
- Content prohibited by carrier codes of conduct or applicable law.
- Unregistered US application-to-person traffic where registration is required.
Customer obligations
- Maintain records of consent and caller ID authorisation, and provide them on request.
- Respond to traceback requests forwarded by UniVoice Networks promptly and completely.
- Keep systems secure to prevent toll fraud and unauthorised use.
- Pass these requirements on to downstream customers and end users.
