These terms apply to services provided by UniVoice Networks LLC (“UniVoice Networks”, “we”). If you have signed a separate service agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
Accounts
Service is available to businesses that complete our verification process. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all use of your account, including use by your customers and anyone who gains access to your systems.
Acceptable use
All use of our services is subject to our acceptable use policy and robocall mitigation program.
Rates and payment
Rates are set out in your rate deck or order. Unless agreed otherwise, services are prepaid and usage is deducted from your balance. Rate changes are notified in advance as stated in your agreement. Billing disputes must be raised within the period stated in your agreement and supported by CDRs.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment, suspected fraud, violation of the acceptable use policy, or when required by law or a regulator. Either party may end the service as set out in the applicable agreement.
Service quality
We work to provide reliable service, but voice and messaging depend on networks we do not control. Except where your agreement includes a service level commitment, services are provided as available.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UniVoice Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law.
