How we run the network
- Traffic monitoring
- ASR, ACD, short-duration ratio and post-dial delay are tracked per customer and per route.
- Anomaly response
- Unusual patterns — sudden volume spikes, very short calls, invalid caller ID — are investigated and can be suspended while we review them.
- Fraud controls
- Spending limits, destination restrictions and alerts protect customers from compromised systems.
- Change control
- Route and rate changes are communicated in advance, as your agreement sets out.
Getting connected
Once your account passes onboarding, we exchange technical details: your signalling IP addresses, our gateway addresses, any technical prefix and your capacity limits. Test calls are completed before live traffic starts.
