US messaging requirements
US carriers require business messaging to be registered. Messages sent from 10-digit long codes need an approved 10DLC brand and campaign through The Campaign Registry, and toll-free senders need toll-free verification. We help customers understand these requirements and do not accept unregistered US traffic.
Content we do not carry
Messages without the recipient’s consent, phishing or impersonation, and content prohibited by carrier codes of conduct, including unlawful sex, hate, alcohol, firearms and tobacco (“SHAFT”) content where restricted. Every message must honour STOP and other opt-out keywords.
