- Contract terms
- Customers agree in writing to carry only lawful traffic, to use caller ID they are authorised to use, and to cooperate with traceback.
- Traffic analytics
- Call patterns are monitored for signs of illegal robocalling, spoofing, traffic pumping and fraud.
- Traceback cooperation
- We respond to Industry Traceback Group and law enforcement traceback requests fully and within 24 hours.
- Enforcement
- Traffic that violates our policies is blocked, and accounts responsible for it are suspended or terminated.
